our story

Bass Coordination has been formed by Lee Tomlinson and Chloe Dubberley, a mother daughter duo who have spent both of their last 10 years doing support work in all areas.

We loved our work, but we wanted to be more directly involved in assisting people to utilise their funding in the most valuable way for their lives, and that's how BASS Coordination was formed.

Now we are ready to build our group of 'BASSers' as a small community of people that know they are getting genuine care out of their Support Coordinators, and won't be fighting multiple participants for 15 minutes attention.

Part of our story is that we are not here to go big. We are passionate about this work, and we believe part of that is being able to create a familiarity and rapport with our clients.

When we take you on as a client, we intend on following you through your journey, and leading when needed. Continuity of care is very important to us, as we have also seen the other side of being passed along from coordinator to coordinator.

If you become a 'BASSer', its just you and us 2!

OUR services

BASS Coordination will be offering Level 1, 2 and 3 support coordination.

We are experienced and trained in working with complex cases, however we are a small business and our plan is to keep our business small, safe and secure for all who join us. If we are unable to take you on, we can certainly recommend some other fantastic support coordinators locally.
